How to do a self-service password reset

Access the portal login page and select the “Forgot Password?” link

Enter your email address or username used to access the portal.

Answer the required security question set.

If these details match what we have stored, you will be emailed a new temporary password. 

When you log in using this temporary password you will be prompted to change it.

You will then be asked to log in using your new password before accessing the portal.
